The ‘Real Estate‘ tab is located within the company detail page, in the menu on the left side of the page.
After clicking on the ‘Real estate’ menu you can get an overview of the properties owned by the company.
Note: obviously not all companies own real estate, in this case the page will be blank with a note: ‘Atoka does not know of any real estate connected to this company’.
After clicking on the menu, you can find a list of properties owned by the company and the following data:
- The name of the property
- Address
- The size in mq
- The owners
- The update date of the data
- Some specific data on the property, such as: Sheet, Plot, Cadastral Category, Cadastral Income, Subaltern, Floor
Estimated value of the property (where possible)
