Negative events

17 March 2021

The Negative Events score groups and evaluates the significance of negativities associated with the company, its representatives or related companies.

Considers various negativities, including: protests, prejudices, bankruptcies, bankruptcy proceedings; the score takes into account the seniority and type of the negativity, the current status of the event, the type of subject, and the type of bond.

The effect that each negative event produces on the company’s valuation depends on multiple factors such as the type of event, the subject on which the event is recorded (the company itself) or the type of connection with its characteristics (its representatives with the type of office, its subsidiaries with the share), the frequency of the events, the relevance of the same, the amounts, etc.

These data come from: Informatic Register of Protests, Consit, Chamber of Commerce.
