Filters – ‘About the companies’ Section
Company name is a direct way of looking for a lead that you know, starting from the company name, the VAT number or the tax code of the business. It is the simplified version of the filter inserted at the top right of the screen, which suggests the name of the company according to the text entered.
Location combine multiple regions and provinces, going down to the level of the municipalities, to select those realities with the registered office, or with any of the secondary offices, within that geographical area. The text box at the base of the search filter allows you to select the administrative level you want, also using the ZIP code (Postal Code), or by limiting the search only for the registered offices.
- How to exclude one or more locations from the results: select one of the items and click the “exclude” button which will appear on the right to remove the companies corresponding to the selected item from the search results;
Company type companies are selected by type of legal form (partnership, joint-stock company, L.t.d, Limited company, etc.).

Age (on the market since) the companies on the market are selected based on the time interval included in the blue bar. For example, it is possible to select the companies present on the market in the last two years;
Revenues are filtered by revenue volume and trend, if there is a historical data on the balance sheet. The “Revenues” item corresponds to the balance sheet item “A1 – Revenues from sales and services” (to learn more), and refers to the last balance sheet filed. Revenue data are not available for all Italian companies (this filter is available for over 1 million companies at the moment);
Employees select companies based on the number of employees included within the chosen range. For example, companies with between 1 and 50 employees can be selected. The data on the number of employees are updated quarterly (source Cerved – INPS);
Innovative Startups select a specific set of startups, those identified as “Innovative Startups”, (they are when they meet certain requirements).
- How to exclude them: select the item “It is not an innovative startup” to exclude companies that meet this search criterion;
Public Administration public companies are selected, as well as central and local public administrations (according to the ISTAT definition).
- How to exclude them: select the item “It is not Public Administration” to exclude public administrations from the search;
Public contracts select the companies that participated in tenders with the PA
